The following terms and conditions are valid between you and LĀU di Lisa Anderlini (P.I. 13243291005) (henceforth: LĀU; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on LĀU website lauclothing.com. Please note that LĀU does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. LĀU reserves its right to stop selling a product. LĀU reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
When you place an order on lauclothing.com you could create an account in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide creating it, such as shipping and billing address as well as email address or phone number. Creating an account yourself you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in to your account online and view your order history and track your order. You could also purchasing if you don't create an account. If you would like to delete an account you can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer care team will assist you.
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Acceptance and shipping confirmation
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that LĀU does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
LĀU s’ goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. LĀU eld responsible for any such discrepancy.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website are in € and may vary from time to time. The prices may also vary between the physical stores and the Website. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.
We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and the delivery zone. Delivery time could take up 10 working days. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
We ship worldwide via DHL Express for Italy and UPS for rest of the world. Italy's delivery normally takes 1 or 2 days, but could be also delayed. Europe 1 and 2, Usa and rest of the world could take up to 10 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by DHL or UPS. Every package will have a tracking number so you can check on DHL or UPS site the exact position of your package at any time. Please note Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange, Returns and Refund
You can return the items to us at your own shipping cost within 15 days of receipt of theorder and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition as you have not worn, washed or damaged the item(s) or you have not removed the tag from the item(s). Please note that we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods or refund the full amount once we have received and checked the returned item(s). You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. You will be charged of shipping cost if you purchased an order of more than 150 € (with free shipping) and you will send back items for a value of less than 150 €. Ifyou want return an item, please send first immediately an email to email@example.com to your order number.Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color are based on stock availability.
Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a full refund.
LĀU offers a free return service just if the product is flawed or damages. LĀU will pay the shipping cost for returning the products once it has received and checked it. If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If LĀU consider the products to be defective, LĀU will make a full refund including shipping costs.
Please note that returns are reasonably practicable no later than 15 working days after receiving the goods.
When returning please follow the steps below.
• send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (you could see on your account if you have one or on your order confirmation email) and your preferences (exchange, return, ect)
• Send at your own cost and your own shipping method the goods to the adress you find inside your parcel.
• Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or any other solid packaging.
• Close the packaging and tape it securely.
• If you're returning a damaged items we prefer that products are returned through our DHL service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. In that case, we could reserve a pick up for you.

Please note: for zones 4 and 5 we have fixed zone rates.
